Every company that signs an agreement with us is keen to recover overcharges. In the past 12 months, we have secured refunds totalling over £0.5M for our clients.
Not surprisingly, the bulk of refunds come from newly signed clients, inasmuch as our ongoing audit for existing customers generally gets everything straight and keeps things in order long-term.
If we uncover an overcharge or error that we believe may have gone undetected for many years, we can obtain refunds for up to six years, at which point we are barred from further compensation by the Statute of Limitations.
If necessary, we can even instigate legal action on behalf of customers to prise money out of reluctant suppliers. Naturally, this would be a last resort, but we are pleased to say that so far we have had a 100% success rate.
