This report and its recommendations are presented in person by the analyst assigned to manage your account. They will remain your single point of contact throughout the working relationship.

How Will Things Progress

At the time of presenting an initial report, we outline any areas that may require investigation, specifically where we need to build an accurate picture of usage as a basis for negotiating better terms. Once a recommendation has been accepted, we negotiate directly with suppliers to secure any cost reductions as quickly and effectively as possible. We do not take any action without your consent and any contract documents or applications are generally signed by our clients, so they retain ultimate control.

What Does It Cost

Our fees are based on either an agreed share of savings or refunds secured as a direct result of our advice, or an agreed annual fee. We do not take commissions from suppliers, making the cost of our services entirely transparent to represent genuine value for money.
