Refunds

Every company that signs an agreement with us is keen to recover overcharges. Not surprisingly, the bulk of refunds come from newly signed clients, given that our ongoing audit spots errors at a very early stage, often before bills have been paid, and keeps everything in order over the long-term.

If we uncover an overcharge or error that we believe may have gone undetected for many years, we can obtain refunds for up to six years, at which point we are barred from further compensation by the Statute of Limitations.

If necessary, we can even instigate legal action on behalf of customers to prise money out of reluctant suppliers. Naturally, this would be a last resort, but we are pleased to say that so far we have had a 100% success rate.
